Account & Registration

Yes, completely free. There are no registration fees, no subscription charges, and no minimum activity requirement to keep your account open. You only spend money when you choose to deposit and place a bet.

You need a valid Pakistani mobile number, your full name (as on your CNIC), and your date of birth. An email address is optional. You do not need to submit identity documents at registration — these may be requested before large withdrawals as part of standard verification.

No. Betporo enforces a strict one account per player policy. Opening multiple accounts — under the same or different names — violates the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have an old account you cannot access, contact support@betporo.app to recover it rather than creating a new one.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Betporo. Your age is confirmed at registration and again at the point of withdrawal verification. Betporo takes its 18+ commitment seriously — any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately and funds are forfeited.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised account takeovers. Email support@betporo.app from the email address registered to your account (if you have one) or provide your full name, CNIC last four digits, and details of your last transaction. The team will guide you through the process.

Email support@betporo.app with your account details and the reason for closure. Before the account is closed, any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. If you are closing because of gambling concerns, please consider using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings first — it may be a better fit than permanent closure.

Wait 60 seconds and use the Resend option. Make sure you entered your number without a leading 0 — the form uses +92, so the format is 3XX XXXXXXX, not 03XX XXXXXXX. Check that your SIM is active with network coverage. If two attempts fail, email support@betporo.app with your number and we will manually send the activation code.
Deposits

Deposit in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer and start playing on Betporo within minutes.

Betporo accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion.

The minimum deposit on Betporo is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though unusually large deposits may require additional verification as part of standard financial security checks.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your Betporo wallet within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are usually instant too. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take 15–30 minutes depending on your bank. Card deposits are generally instant but occasionally take up to 5 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support@betporo.app with the transaction reference number.

Betporo does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — for example, your bank or Easypaisa account — may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider before depositing if you are unsure. The amount that arrives in your Betporo wallet should match the amount you sent minus any provider fees.

Wait at least 30 minutes — some bank transfers take time to process. Then check your Betporo wallet transaction history. If the deposit is still not there, email support@betporo.app with your Betporo username, the payment method used, the amount in PKR, the time of the transaction, and the transaction reference number from your payment app. Do not send the money again before confirming with support.

No. Betporo requires that all payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are rejected, and repeated attempts may result in account suspension. Use only your own Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account.

Yes. Betporo's responsible gaming tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. You can set these in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Limits take effect immediately when you reduce them. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit is applied.
Withdrawals

Go to your wallet, tap Withdraw, enter the amount you want to withdraw in PKR, and select your preferred payment method. Betporo will send the funds to your registered Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank account. You cannot withdraw to a different account from the one you deposited with.

Betporo targets 5–15 minute processing for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. NayaPay and SadaPay are typically similar. Bank transfers (IBFT) usually arrive within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. First withdrawals may take slightly longer as they go through an initial identity verification step.

The minimum withdrawal on Betporo is Rs 500. This ensures transaction costs are not disproportionate for small amounts. There is no daily withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts.

Betporo does not charge withdrawal fees on standard verified accounts. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank. The amount processed by Betporo is the amount you requested.

Most delays fall into one of three categories: (1) Your account has not yet completed identity verification — this is required before the first withdrawal above a certain amount. (2) An outstanding wagering requirement on a bonus is not yet met. (3) A routine security review is in progress for unusually large withdrawals. For withdrawals above the standard threshold, Betporo requires identity verification. This typically means providing a copy of your CNIC and confirming ownership of the payment method. This is a one-time process — once your account is verified, future withdrawals process without additional documentation unless something unusual is flagged.

No. Betporo's anti-money laundering policy requires that withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for deposits. If you no longer have access to your original deposit account — for example, a mobile wallet associated with a number you no longer use — contact support@betporo.app to initiate a verified account change before requesting a withdrawal.

If a match is officially abandoned before it reaches the minimum number of overs or time required for a result, bets are voided and stakes are returned to your Betporo wallet. If enough play occurred for an official result to stand, settled bets remain settled. Betporo follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

Yes. Betporo's bet slip supports accumulator bets — you can combine multiple selections from different matches into a single bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out, but the potential returns are significantly higher than single bets. Winnings are credited to your Betporo wallet automatically once the official result is confirmed. For most cricket and football matches this happens within a few minutes of the final result. Occasionally, particularly for markets that depend on official statistics, settlement may take up to a few hours.

Once a bet is confirmed on Betporo, it cannot be cancelled or edited. This is standard practice across all betting platforms. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming — check the selection, odds, and stake before you hit the place bet button.

Casino & Games

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game with simple rules. A single card is dealt face-up in the middle — the joker card. Cards are then dealt alternately to two piles (Andar and Bahar). In a Crash game, a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs. You must cash out before the multiplier crashes — if you cash out in time, your stake is multiplied by the value at which you cashed out. Never. Betporo will never ask for your password or OTP via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP is sent to that number. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. Yes. Betporo stores personal data securely and does not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Yes. In Account Settings → Security, you can view active sessions across all devices and end all sessions at once. This is useful if you have previously logged in on a shared device and want to make sure no one else has access. It immediately invalidates all active login tokens.
