Betporo Terms and Conditions – Everything You Need to Know

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Betporo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or using any part of the Betporo platform at betporo.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Betporo is an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, Andar Bahar, Ludo, Crash Games, Esports betting, and a range of other real-money gaming products. These Terms apply to all of them, unless a specific product carries its own supplementary terms — in which case both apply, and in any conflict, the product-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for that product only.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open a Betporo account and use any real-money feature of the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betporo strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity acting on behalf of others.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Betporo account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• The personal information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Betporo may verify this information at any time.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through Betporo's own responsible gaming tools or through any external programme.

During registration, you will be asked to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, which will be used for account verification and communication. Betporo uses this number to send one-time passwords for login and for important account notifications. Do not share your OTP with any third party, including anyone claiming to represent Betporo — our team will never ask for your OTP.

3. Account Security

Your Betporo account is your personal responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Betporo's support team immediately at support@betporo.app if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never share your login details with any other person, including family members.

Betporo takes platform security seriously and uses industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. However, you accept that no online system is entirely immune to security risks, and Betporo cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your own failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Deposits

Betporo accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All wallet balances are held and displayed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet transfer)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet transfer)
• IBFT bank transfer (from any Pakistani bank)
• Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani-issued bank cards)

The minimum deposit amount on Betporo is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Betporo reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment or responsible gaming considerations.

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Betporo wallet within seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within the stated timeframe, contact support@betporo.app with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. Betporo may require identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.
• Betporo targets withdrawal processing times of 5–15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours. These are targets, not guarantees — occasional delays can occur due to payment provider circumstances outside Betporo's control.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account may affect your ability to withdraw until the applicable wagering requirements are met. See Section 6 for details.

Betporo does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — Betporo has no control over and accepts no liability for those charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Betporo periodically offers bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (such as minimum deposit amount, game category, or account age) are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x) is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Betporo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in and met the stated triggering conditions, your earned bonus will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using bots, or structuring bets to exploit bonus terms — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus-related funds.
• Free bets and bonus credits expire within the period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and Esports bets placed on Betporo:

• All bets are accepted at Betporo's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected match fixing, abnormal betting patterns, or system errors.
• Once a bet is confirmed — evidenced by a bet ID and confirmation screen — it cannot be cancelled by the player, except where Betporo expressly offers a cash-out or early settlement feature and that feature is currently active for that market.
• In the event of a palpable error in displayed odds (for example, odds that are clearly wrong due to a technical fault), Betporo reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your wallet. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly in such cases.
• Betporo's settlement decisions are final. All sports results are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (or as specified in the individual market rules). Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other extended periods are only included in settlement if the market rules explicitly state so.
• Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake per bet varies by market and is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

8. Casino & Live Games

The following additional rules apply to all casino, live dealer, Ludo, Andar Bahar, and Crash Game play on Betporo:

• All casino and live game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for RNG-based games, or by real physical equipment visible on camera for live dealer games. Betporo does not manipulate outcomes.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round — whether due to your internet connection or a platform issue — the round outcome will be determined by the state of play at the moment of disconnection. Betporo is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on your end.
• Ludo tournament and cash table outcomes are final once confirmed. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session in question.
• Betporo reserves the right to void a game round if a technical malfunction affects the integrity of the result. In such cases, all stakes are returned to players' wallets.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited on Betporo and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform account actions on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or betting market to influence the outcome or to exploit bonus programmes.
• Using information obtained through cheating, hacking, or any other form of unfair advantage — including exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use Betporo to obscure the origin of funds. Betporo takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities for any reason.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Betporo staff through any communication channel.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Betporo reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal on a previous deposit.
• At the request of the player — you may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@betporo.app.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Betporo will review whether any balance in the account is legitimately owed to the player after deducting any amounts related to the violation. Betporo will communicate its decision in writing (by email or in-platform message) within a reasonable period.

If you close your account voluntarily and you have a positive balance, your funds will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided your account was in good standing at the time of closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

Betporo is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for some individuals and we take that responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all Betporo players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a 7-day cooling-off period applies before limits can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will be prevented from opening a new one for the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling without fully closing your account. Available for periods of 24 hours up to 30 days.

12. Privacy & Data

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Betporo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of Betporo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Betporo platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise use any content from the Betporo platform without our prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betporo's total liability to you in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Betporo is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Losses resulting from events outside Betporo's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your own breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your failure to protect your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Betporo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Betporo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Betporo will notify registered players through in-platform notifications or by email to the address registered on your account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The current version of these Terms is always available at betporo.app/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made effective. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of Betporo after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Terms & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of Betporo, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the principles set out in this document and Betporo's internal dispute resolution procedures.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Betporo account or any transaction, the first step is to contact our support team at support@betporo.app. Betporo aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing, and Betporo will conduct a formal review within 10 additional business days.

Betporo values every player relationship and is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Betporo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements on the same subject matter.
